BIGBANG COMEBACK: K-pop Kings To Return After Four Years
BIGBANG will finally come back from their long hibernation with a new song to release soon.
On January 7, YG Entertainment announced that BIGBANG will release a new song this coming spring, adding that the group has finished recording and they are currently preparing to shoot the music video.
This is BIGBANG's first new song in about 4 years since "Flower Road" in March 2018. At that time, BIGBANG conveyed the message through their song, "This isn't the last time we'll meet again when the flowers bloom."
Based on the lyrics, BIGBANG will really meet VIPs (BIGBANG fans) once again in the spring when the flowers are blooming!
Meanwhile, with BIGBANG's comeback, T.O.P ends his contract with YG and will start with his personal project, taking on various challenges as an artist and entrepreneur.
T.O.P. ends his contract with the agency after 16 years.
YG Entertainment said, "We respect T.O.P.'s opinion that he wants to expand his personal activities as well as Big Bang."
They discussed T.O.P.'s departure with the agency and all agreed to support his future endeavors.

Last January 25 at around 10:15 PM (KST), BIGBANG's "Fantastic Baby" MV exceeded 500 million YouTube views. The group achieved this record after almost 10 years since it was released in March 2012, which gathered a lot of excitement from VIPs all over the world.
Moreover, "Fantastic Baby" became a hit in 2015 after three years of its release. The song is now BIGBANG's 2nd music video to hit 500 million views coming after "BANG BANG BANG."
