Sandara said on her Instagram story, "An in-flight menu meal that I never expected on the Incheon-LA flight. As I wished, I ate both bibimmyeon and ramen on the LA-Incheon flight."
Along with the message, the "I AM THE BEST" singer shared a photo showing a large bowl of ramen and a variety of side dishes.

She continued, "I'm sorry to the flight attendants for leaving so much food. It's not because it wasn't good, it was really good but I was already full."
Sandara Park went on to explain, "It's just that I ordered two [bowls]... I've been on a diet for a month now, so I wanted to stop. Thank you for the meal!"

In late March, former 2NE1 Dara took to her Instagram story to share her new diet plan. She aims to not lose weight but to gain some muscles and become healthier.
At that time, she uploaded a photo of her meal for the day, which consists of two bananas, two boiled eggs, and one sweet potato.

Former 2NE1 Dara is well-known for her diet plans to either gain weight or lose them. She was even nicknamed "Sosijwa" because of the small meals she usually eats.
Early this year, she revealed that she can't eat more than one dumpling and can't finish a bowl of jjajangmyeon even if she already took noodles out before eating it.
On April 25, Sandara Park shared several photos of her eating an ice cream and revealed in the caption that she can't finish eating one cone of ice cream.

She said, "I'm already full just by eating ice cream. I can't finish even one cone. Sometimes when I buy it in cones, it annoys me."
Dara also said, "There are many people who say that ice cream must be eaten in cones. On the contrary, I have friends who say I should eat it in a cup."
