TXT Yeonjun Diet 2022: What the Singer Eats Everyday

In March 2021, TXT appeared in Harper's Bazaar's series "Food Diaries: Bite Size." There, the members of TXT opened up about their daily food routines.

TXT Yeonjun Breakfast Routine

According to Yeonjun, he eats a meal for breakfast. When asked what a typical breakfast is for him, Yeonjun replied kimchi fried rice. He and the other TXT members eat kimchi fried rice the most and other rice dishes, such as omurice, bulgogi rice bowls, squid rice bowls, or jeyuk rice bowls.

Since their schedules start early, they always eat in the same restaurant every morning.

When asked if he drinks coffee or tea, Yeonjun reveals he is the type of person who will drink Iced Americano even if he freezes to death! He does not add any sweeteners or syrup to his coffee. Yeonjun is also fond of drinking iced Americanos after a performance or show.

However, the idol does like tea if he has cake. He also likes sweet iced teas. On the other hand, Yeonjun is not fond of soda.

TXT Yeonjun Lunch Routine

Lunch is the meal that varies the most. During schedules, they often have burgers. However, due to the convenience of delivery apps, Yeonjun and the other TXT members' menus change daily. They have even ordered sashimi and live octopus before!

While the other TXT members are huge fans of snacks, Yeonjun is not a big snacker. Yeonjun is more into actual meals rather than snacks. Though he said he likes eating snacks, he believes eating snacks on top of his meals would be too much food for the day.

TX Yeonjun Dinner Routine

Yeonjun does not have dinner regularly. However, if he does, he has chicken breasts. However, if there's pizza, then he cannot resist!

When they perform, Yeonjun always eats before getting on stage. Yeonjun states that it does not matter what he eats, as long as he gets something. This is because he considers food as fuel for his performance.

When asked about his weird habit, Soobin revealed that Yeonjun is not picky regarding food. Additionally, whenever he eats, Yeonjun does not leave any leftovers. The idol eats so well that elders at restaurants can't help but compliment his appetite!
