Back on May 15, rookie girl group IVE traveled to Frankfurt, Germany to perform at the second day of "KPOP.FLEX," the largest K-Pop festival held in Europe at the Deutsche Bank Park Stadium.

Following the event, the IVE members headed back to the airport to take a flight home to Seoul, South Korea. While at the airport, fans got to see up-close the members as they navigate through the terminal.
But one interaction between Jang Wonyoung and a fan has been drawing attention on social media.
Prior to boarding the airplane and their departure, the members were surrounded by fans. One fan was lucky to get close enough to Jang Wonyoung and have a quick chat.

As the members were walking, one fan had told Jang Wonyoung that their sister is a fan of the idol. "You are my sister's favorite [idol]. She loves you," the fan said.
To this, Jang Wonyoung cutely responded in English, asking the fan, "How about you?"

The fan quickly showered Jang Wonyoung with compliments, saying, "I like you too! You are really pretty!"
After hearing the fan's answer, Jang Wonyoung smiled at the fan and blew them a kiss to show her appreciation.

The short video, which was taken by the fan, was shared on the popular short-video sharing platform, TikTok. Since the video was shared, it has become viral on the platform, amassing more than five million views.
Over on Twitter, the video also became viral, and has been viewed more than 77,100 times and has 2,600 likes and retweets. This proves that Jang Wonyoung is immensely popular in both South Korea and overseas.
After the video went viral, fans couldn't help but gush and praise the idol for the cute interaction with the fan.

Meanwhile, IVE returned to South Korea and safely arrived at the Incheon International Airport back on May 17.
IVE's Latest Release
Back on April 5 of this year, IVE made their first comeback with the release of their second single album "Love Dive," featuring a lead single of the same name.
Following its release, the song went viral for its TikTok challenge, drawing over 200 million views on the platform.
Aside from that, "Love Dive" landed at No. 10 on Billboard's Global Excl. U.S. chart, making it the group's first song to rank within the Top 10.
