CL Recalls Her Embarrassing Moments at BIGBANG Taeyang's Wedding

Former 2NE1 member CL recently looked back on the time she embarrassed herself at BIGBANG Taeyang's wedding in February 2018.

On May 25 at 11 p.m. KST, CL will appear as a guest on the tvN entertainment show "You Quiz on the Block" and have a chat with hosts Yoo Jaesuk and Jo Seho.

In a pre-released video, the "SPICY" singer shared a story about the first time she met Jo Seho, which was at BIGBANG Taeyang's wedding. CL said, "I didn't want to talk about it here because it was so embarrassing, but I want to apologize [to Jo Seho]."

She then recalled, "I wore a black suit and green fur on that day (Taeyang's wedding). On my way into the church, I stepped on my fur coat and tripped. I stood up and went in, but I couldn't concentrate on the wedding."

The former 2NE1 member went on to say that she had to sing a congratulatory song, but before that, people kept on asking her if she was okay after she fell or why she was wearing a fur coat.
In fact, CL even had a good laugh about it at that time. She uploaded a picture of her fall to her personal Instagram account, and wrote, "+landed in korea like+" in the caption.
What's funnier is that BIGBANG Taeyang left a comment under the post, saying "Dope fall.... Congrats!!!"

But that's not the only embarrassing moment that former 2NE1 CL had at BIGBANG Taeyang's wedding. She also did something humiliating to "You Quiz on the Block" host Jo Seho.
CL shared, "I was so nervous that I drank two glasses of champagne on an empty stomach. Jo Seho and Dara unnie were sitting on a table together, so I went to say hello."

She added, "But because I was drunk even just after drinking two glasses of champagne, I grabbed Jo Seho's cheeks and pinched them as soon as I got to their table," causing Yoo Jaesuk to burst into laughter.
The "Lover Like Me" singer then turned to Jo Seho and said, "So, I'm so sorry. I'm so embarrassed to face you right now."

CL Recalls Her Embarrassing Moments at BIGBANG Taeyang’s Wedding
In response to what she said, Jo Seho revealed that BIGBANG G-Dragon saw CL pinching his cheeks and asked him if they knew each other. "I said it was the first time I saw her, and so GD was like, 'CL ,what are you doing?,'" he continued.
The former 2NE1 member agreed and jokingly said that she got arrested for it, causing Yoo Jaesuk to laugh.
Meanwhile, the upcoming episode of tvN's "You Quiz on the Block" will air later today at 11 p.m. KST.
CL's Recent Activities
This past April, CL took the stage at Coachella as part of 88rising's "Heads In the Clouds Forever" set." While many expected to see only CL, the audience members were surprised to see her with her 2NE1 bandmates Sandara Park, Minzy, and Park Bom.

The four female idols lit up the venue as 2NE1 with a performance of their iconic song "I AM THE BEST." This reunion marks their first performance as a group in more than six years since their appearance at the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA).
