LE SSERAFIM's Stage for SBS 'The Show' Draws Admiration – Here's Why

LE SSERAFIM Gets Praised for Abs and Slender Waist
On June 1, LE SSERAFIM became a hot topic on social media platforms and online communities following their recent stage on SBS MTV, FiL, "The Show" which aired on May 24.
The reason why their performance gained hot responses was not only for their live vocals during the performance of their debut song, "FEARLESS," but due to their perfect body ratio as well which was revealed through their crop top outfits.
While most female idols maintain their small frame and ant waist, LE SSERAFIM attracted the attention of viewers for showing off a slender body with clear abs.

Among them, Kazuha and Chaewon were lauded for flaunting their 11-line abs.
Apparently, Kazuha who majored in ballet prior to her debut gained her abs by doing complex dance routines. She received praises for her toned abs which are noticeable even if she's just standing still.
Leader Kim Chaewon also received a huge round of applause for showing off her strong abs hidden from her cute appearance.
Aside from them, Sakura, Huh Yunjin and maknae Eunchae also boasted fat-free forearms and a pretty body line, showing the perfect body ratio of the team.
Aside from their abs, the members' perfect standing muscles, which were revealed during the performance, were also enough to arouse admiration from viewers.
Fans who saw this responded explosively, saying:
"I thought they are cute and innocent, but I can't believe they were so cool."
"(Because of this) I suddenly have a strong desire to exercise."
"Waah, Kim Chaewon is so pretty. I want this kind of body."
LE SSERAFIM Experience Rising Popularity Amid Kim Garam's Hiatus
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM which debuted on May 2, became a hot topic as the first girl group produced by HYBE label, home to BTS and SEVENTEEN.
Unfortunately, their entry into the K-pop scene was a bit rocky, following member Kim Garam's school violence controversy which led to a temporary break of the idol from the team.
Despite her hiatus, LE SSERAFIM received a lot of love, winning first place on various music shows. As of June 2, the six-member group earned four music show first place trophies so far.
They first obtained their first music show win on May 10, just eight days after their debut through SBS MTV "The Show." Their other three trophies came from KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" aired on May 13, "The Show" on May 17 and MBC M's "Show! Champion" on June 1.
As it was unusual for a rookie artist to win multiple first places on a music show in just their fifth week of promotion, LE SSERAFIM is already showing their potential to become the representative girl group of the fourth generation with its popularity and impact.
