This is because of the lyrics of (G)I-DLE's song, "Liar," which was included in their studio album, "I NEVER DIE." Soyeon penned the rap portion of the song, which she performed.
Her rap lyrics read, "I followed you, but your mother said she did not like that. So tell her that I did not like it either," "You tell me to mind my business. Look at that attitude," "Say it to my face, not behind my back, even though you are not even here," and "Before you treat your next lover like a baby, get your spelling right first, kid (aiya)."

Many believe the last lyric is directed at Changmo. Back in April 2021, Changmo drew backlash for a spelling mistake made on social media. Additionally, "Aiya" is the title of a Changmo song that was included in his second full-length album.
Many internet users reacted to the lyrics, stating it was obviously directed at Changmo. Others believed they would have looked cute together, while others said that they did not match.
