Im Nayeon, commonly known as just Nayeon, achieved global popularity after making her debut as a member of the top JYP Entertainment girl group TWICE in October 2015. After having promoted with the group for the past seven years, she recently made her solo debut with her eponymous album "IM NAYEON."

And like most idols in the industry, Nayeon is expected to keep a certain weight to maintain her figure while promoting as an artist. With that, how does Nayeon maintain her fit figure? Here's what we know about Nayeon's diet and workout routine!

TWICE member and now solo artist Nayeon has always boasted a slim figure, which can be attributed to her great genes. Although it is apparent that Nayeon has lost some of her baby fat since her appearance on the JYP Entertainment survival program "SIXTEEN" back in 2015.

In fact, TWICE even shared in the past that the members were forced to lose weight to get accepted into the company and debut, having to weigh strictly at 45kg or less.

Despite that, Nayeon has maintained a similar figure since then. Now, she stands at around 163cm (5'4") tall with a weight ranging between 45kg to 49kg.

When it comes to her workout routine, one of her main forms of workout as an idol is through her dance practices. Dancing is a great form of cardio, as it not only helps burn calories and fat, but it is also fun! Generally, idols would practice dancing for at least two hours each day, whether they are currently promoting or not.

Aside from dance practices, Nayeon also maintains her fantastic figure through pilates.

During her free time, Nayeon goes to a pilates studio to work out. Not only does pilates target all of your muscles and build strength and flexibility, but it also tones your body to give you a beautiful body line. And although the workout may look easy, it is actually quite a challenge that will help burn a lot of calories!

In addition, Nayeon does pilates as a way to strengthen her back and improve her injury.

As for Nayeon's diet plan, not much is known about the type of food she eats when she is on a diet. But given how long she has been in the industry, it is likely that JYP Entertainment is more lenient in the food Nayeon consumes.

Nayeon herself isn't strict in what she eats, as long as she keeps it in moderation.
