ENHYPEN Earns 'Double Million Seller' Title Just Nearly Two Years of Debut
With the release of "MANIFESTO: DAY 1," K-pop boy group ENHYPEN has successfully earned themselves a "double million seller" title! Read on to know how many copies the album sold to date.

On July 4, ENHYPEN made their highly-anticipated comeback with their new mini-album "MANIFESTO: DAY 1." This EP comprises the title song "Future Perfect (Pass the MIC)" and five other songs.

According to reports, "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" sold 768,603 copies on the Hanteo Chart on the first day alone. This overtakes the septet's first studio album "DIMENSION: DILEMMA" as their new best record for first-day sales.
To recall, "DIMENSION: DILEMMA" sold over 501,000 copies on Oct. 12, 2021 and went on to become a million-seller album.

On July 6, BELIFT LAB officially announced that ENHYPEN's "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" had surpassed one million sales on Hanteo. The mini-album particularly sold a total of 1,130,368 copies as of that day.

This means the group achieved the one-million mark only within two days of sales. Moreover, "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" became the band's first album to surpass one million sales in its first week of release.
Having two albums achieving one million sales on Hanteo, ENHYPEN has now become a double million seller. The septet managed to attain the feat just less than two years after their debut (November 2020)- which makes it more meaningful.
This makes them the first- and only, so far- fourth-generation K-pop group to have two albums selling one million copies in Hanteo history.

It is also noteworthy that the current boy groups of HYBE Labels, to which BELIFT LAB belongs, are all million-sellers. Big Hit Music's BTS and TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) and Pledis Entertainment's SEVENTEEN have all sold more than one million copies either within or more than one week. Additionally, BTS and SEVENTEEN were able to sell three million and two million copies with just one release.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN's "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" is currently in the top five of Korean albums released in 2022 with the highest first-week sales on Hanteo. The mini-album has claimed the No. 5 spot, where Lim Young Woong's "IM HERO" previously sits.

As there's still five days left before the official first-week sales of "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" ends, it remains to be seen whether it would surpass the No. 1 and No. 2 best-selling albums in the first week this year- which are BTS' "Proof" with 2.7 million copies and SEVENTEEN's "Face the Sun" with 2,067,769 copies.

As of 10 a.m. KST on July 5, "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" had already secured No. 1 on iTunes Album charts in at least 17 countries, including Japan, Thailand, Austria, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and India. In the United States, the mini-album entered the top 10 as of July 4.
Moreover, ENHYPEN's "MANIFESTO: DAY 1" went straight to the top of the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and has now spent two days atop the tally.
