On July 17, rookie idol Winter became a topic of discussion after a Nate Pann post pointed out the aespa member's latest health condition.
In the post, which has since then been viewed more than 275,000 times on the online community forum, highlights how Winter hasn't been feeling well for a long time. Despite Winter not feeling well, she has been powering through her activities and schedule as best as she can.

However, Winter recently missed several of aespa's schedules. The most recent one was Winter canceling her appearance at the group's fan signing event on July 17 at the last minute due to her poor health.
The netizen who posted about Winter also notes that the idol had to get an IV drip just to get through her schedules.
The netizen said:
"[Winter] wasn't present at her previous schedule. But since it is on a music program, if Winter is absent, then there are only three aespa members. [Winter] got an IV drip and powered through it.
She told fans yesterday that she is getting better but was absent today due to poor health. She also sent fans a message telling them she was sorry.
It seems that Winter's health hasn't been good even before [aespa's] comeback. Here are photos of her putting on makeup to hide the bruises from her IV drips."
The netizen then shared several photos of Winter, in which she can be seen sitting down while their makeup artist applied some concealer on her arm to hide the bruises formed after getting IV drips.

After photos of Winter and her arm bruise surfaced, many netizens expressed their concern for the "Life's Too Short" singer's health condition.

I know that I said I was all better yesterday... and I thought that the company would notify you beforehand, but they didn't, and you didn't find out until you arrived. You must have been so upset. I can't tell you I am sorry enough... I will try to make it up to you as much as possible when I can have the time...! I will rest up today and get all better. I am sorry, and I miss you."
