Who is Apink Hayoung?
Oh Hayoung, more commonly known as just Hayoung, is a South Korean singer and a member of the IST Entertainment (formerly Play M Entertainment) girl group Apink. Hayoung made her debut as the vocalist, rapper, and youngest member of Apink back in April 2011.
Hayoung was the third member to be announced as part of Apink's debut lineup. Prior to making their debut, the then-seven Apink members starred in their own reality show "Apink News," which showed the process of their debut.

Currently, Hayoung stands at around 169cm (5'6") tall, making her the tallest member within Apink and have a 6.7cm difference with the shortest member, Eunji.
2. Hayoung almost debuted in Red Velvet.

Prior to joining IST Entertainment, Hayoung revealed in an episode of "Secret Sister" that she initially didn't want to join any other company except for SM Entertainment, and she even auditioned there. At the time, SM Entertainment was preparing to debut Red Velvet. Had Hayoung trained under the company, she may have been one of the Red Velvet members!
3. Hayoung is close friends with Yerin and Red Velvet Joy

Just because she didn't debut as a Red Velvet member, doesn't mean she couldn't be friends with one! Hayoung is known to be close friends with former GFRIEND member Yerin and Red Velvet Joy. The trio became close friends due to their age, as all of them were born in 1996.
