Park Jin Joo Makes Debut as WSG Wannabe, Praised for Visuals, Vocals
Park Jin Joo attracted attention for her versatility!
On July 23, MBC's "Hangout With Yoo" revealed behind-the-scenes of WSG Wannabe's sub-unit OASISO debut stage for "Clink Clink." The clips were recorded from their first music show appearance in MBC's "Show! Music Core" broadcasted on July 16.
As soon as the video was uploaded, it attracted attention for the natural chemistry between OASISO members which includes well-known singers and idols.
In particular, the sub-unit gained massive attention for the collaboration between former Baby V.O.X Yoon Eun Hye, Sunny Hill's Kota and Urban Zakapa's Jo Hyun Ah.
But among the group, one member particularly stood out, which is none other than Park Jin Joo, who debuted as a girl group member and idol for the first time.
Park Jin Joo made her name and face familiar as an actress by playing minor yet scene-stealer roles in hit K-dramas such as "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," "Hotel Del Luna," "While You Were Sleeping," "Our Beloved Summer," "Jealousy Incarnate," and many more.
She initially established her name as an actress as teen Hwan Jin Hee in 2011 hit Korean movie, "Sunny."

Meanwhile, in the broadcast on that day, Park Jin Joo turned emotional after listening to WSG WANNABE's group song "Wonderful Love." She caught the attention by performing "I Missed You" by the Sa-FIRE team. She also showed various facial expressions at the teaser filming site.
During their debut stage, Park Jin Joo showed off her irreplaceable charms by acting as an ending fairy and having natural eye contact with the camera.
As soon as K-pop fans learned about the actress's debut as an idol, they were captivated by her "all-rounder" skills as she performed their debut song with her unique vocals and cool dance moves. Her overall atmosphere was also lauded as if she was born to become a girl group member.
People had nothing but praises for the versatile star, saying:
- "She's really good at singing and I don't have anything to say about it, but hey Park Jin Joo, why are you soo good at eye contact with the camera?"
- "Jin Joo is so talented"
- "Jin Joo is so pretty and natural like a real idol!"

Fans who often see her acting also expressed how surprised they were to know that Jin Joo is actually a great singer and dancer, on top of her cute visuals and amazing acting skills.
WSG Wannabe Debut 2022: Members, Sub-Units, Album
For those who are not aware of WSG Wannabe, it is a 12-member project girl group formed through MBC's "Hangout With Yoo."
The team is divided into three sub-units, with four members each. OASISO is comprised of former Baby V.O.X Yoon Eun Hye, Sunny Hill's Kota, Urban Zakapa's Jo Hyun Ah and actress Park Jin Joo.

The second unit is called 4FIRE (Sa-Fire), composed of Navi, Uhm Ji Yoon, Kwon Jin Ah and former Live High SOLE.
The third unit is Gaya-G, consisting of members former SeeYa Lee Boram, LABOUM Soyeon, actress Jung Ji So and singer HYNN.
WSG Wannabe released their digital cover, "Wonderful Love" on June 4 followed by its debut single album, "WSG Wannabe 1st Album," on July 9.
