Who is MOMOLAND Nayun?
Kim Nayun, more commonly known as just Nayun, is a South Korean singer and a member of MLD Entertainment's (formerly known as Duble Kick Company) girl group MOMOLAND. Nayun made her debut as the group's vocalist in November 2016.
Before debuting with the group, she joined the MLD Entertainment and Mnet's survival program "Finding MOMOLAND," where she finished as one of the seven members of the ten trainees slated to make her debut.

1. Nayun wanted to become an actress because of 'Master's Sun.'

Before becoming a K-pop idol, Nayun actually wanted to pursue a career in acting. In fact, she even mentioned in the past that Gong Hyo Jin's acting performance in the 2013 SBS fantasy-horror drama "Master's Sun" inspired her to dream of becoming an actress. Eventually, she decided to become an idol trainee as her interest grew after finding singing and dancing fun.

2. Nayun has benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).

Back in 2018, it was found after taking examinations that Nayun has benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which is a common disorder that causes a person to have episodes of mild to intense dizziness. Because of this, Nayun took a temporary hiatus from group activities to undergo treatment and recover her health. Fortunately, she returned to her activities after three months.
3. Nayun can talk on the phone for 2 to 3 hours.

Surprisingly, one of Nayun's hobbies is talking on the phone. While people generally take less than 30 minutes for a phone call, Nayun can spend up to three hours talking non-stop! In fact, Nayun likes to call another person even after spending time talking to someone else. She even talks about the same thing she did with the previous person she called.
