The salon has done a phenomenal job in making the members look red carpet ready, and the stylists have developed a close bond with the celebrities throughout the years.

In fact, the EXO members even appear on the salon's YouTube channel from time to time to help promote them.

While BitAndBoot has received praise from the fans for years, they are not receiving backlash due to EXO member Kai's "unflattering" make-up looks.

On August 23, the post "Kai's vlog is controversial among fans" was shared with the South Korean online community forum TheQoo. The post included a clip from BitandBoot's vlog featuring Kai.

Viewers noticed that Kai's eyebrows looked patchy, with empty spots towards the tail of his brow. In addition, many noticed how the stylist had been adjusting that portion of Kai's eyebrow a few times to no avail.

One fan wrote, "It was a mystery to me, so I tried to zoom, and I could not help but laugh. What are they trying to do to Kai's eyebrows? The finished product is patchy. Is this a ruin-his-eyebrows challenge?"

While the eyebrows did not look that bad in the vlog, many assumed it was because a smooth filter was applied to the video.

However, in natural lighting, Kai's eyebrows appeared unflattering. Many complained that his brows looked patchy, uneven, and shaped weirdly.

Some even stated that Kai's fresh-out-of-the-shower visuals looked better than how the stylist did his make-up.

Comments concerning Kai's make-up read:

"This is severe. Who is the make-up artist?"

"No, but even regular people know how to fill in their eyebrows following the hair growth... So how are they working like this? Don't they get paid a few hundred bucks each appointment? They also get extra for being on set..."

"What is going on? Why are such tacky shops so well-loved nowadays?"

"Why is she touching his face while she is drawing his eyebrows?"

"It takes me ten minutes to do my eyebrows, but I think I do a better job."
