It is absolutely natural for humans to have fears, and sometimes, some of those fears can be quite surprising to others. K-pop idols are no different, as they themselves have a variety of fears that you may not have even heard of. While some idols have the more common fears like heights and bugs, among others, the following have quite an unusual fear.

1. NCT Ten - fear of fruits

You read that right, NCT member Ten has an unusual fear of fruits. Although strong dislike might be the more proper term for it, as he accidentally ate one in the past, Ten has confessed his strong dislike for it stems from being caught off-guard by the different textures of fruits. In addition, he is also not a fan of their smell and their insides, making him afraid to eat it as it also makes him feel nauseous. However, Ten did like to eat fruits when he was a kid.
2. Girls' Generation Tiffany - fear of fish eyes

Girls' Generation member Tiffany interestingly has a fear of fish eyes. Yes, just the eyes! According to Tiffany, her fear of it started when she was just a kid when she was made to eat fish eyes as it was "good for her." The experience ended up traumatizing her, and her fear of fish eyes grew as she also didn't like anything "side-eying" her.

3. TWICE Nayeon - fear of Barbie
TWICE Nayeon
Nayeon has a fear of Barbie! Although we're not exactly sure if it's the Barbie dolls or the character itself she is afraid of, or why she is afraid of it in the first place, the TWICE member randomly revealed through the group's Instagram account that her "fear of Barbie was overcome" thanks to "Hirai," which is the surname of her fellow member Momo.
4. BTS Jungkook - fear of microwaves

Jungkook is usually known as the bravest among his fellow BTS members, but even the Golden Maknae has his own fears! Jungkook revealed in the past that he has a fear of microwaves as he was afraid it would explode. In fact, the idol would even stay in his room whenever the microwave was being used. Fortunately, no microwave has exploded so far!

As a result, this led to her developing a fear in the prospect of actually the memorizing lyrics itself.
