NCT 127 recently had their comeback with "2 Baddies" yesterday, September 16. They also held a showcase in front of thousands of fans. Both events encountered errors that led to SM Entertainment releasing an apology statement.

NCT 127 '2 Baddies' Digipack Album Is Missing Doyoung's Photo
After fans have rallied to SM Entertainment and conveyed that a photo of a member is missing, the agency has finally released a statement about it.

They admitted their mistake and said sorry to the fans and members themselves, especially Doyoung. They also stated that after they checked the missing photo, they searched for the quickest way to add his image to the "2 Baddies" digipack album
They continued in the announcement that it will be hard to retrieve the albums that are already on the way to vendors and customers. So they will just send a different booklet that are re-printed with Doyoung's photo.
They will soon announce how fans who already bought the album and other vendors who ordered the digipack version of "2 Baddies" will get the re-printed booklet.
Fans are criticizing SM Entertainment for lacking the basic skills and quality check of NCT's latest album "2 Baddies".

Many of them are asking how can a big company like SM Entertainment be that bad at managing and checking things like the album booklet.

Additionally, there are many instances in their comeback showcase that also made NCTzens mad at SM Entertainment.

Many fans have complained about the horrible sound system and horrible camerawork during the comeback showcase of "2 Baddies".
Not only those but according to many of them, the venue was too small for a crowd of 10,000 fans. It was intended for only 4,000 and all of the people present are standing.
Moreover, it was very hot for many of the fans as they were squeezed with each other. There were fans that are cursing and screaming for help as people are fainting in the crowded audience.
Jaejae, the comeback showcase host, had to remind the staff to control the crowd every now and then because it seemed like the SM Entertainment staff did not really care about the safety of the fans.
This is not the first time that SM Entertainment has a grave error and mistake when producing an album for their groups. Many international fans are speculating that it is due to the staff being overworked while underpaid.
