In the tweet published on Oct. 1, the netizen stated that the image of NCT Johnny was originally uploaded to Weibo, and that many people question if the woman is his girlfriend or a staff member very close to him.
The photo shows Johnny holding a cup of ice cream while feeding a woman with a scoop of the food.

According to Wikitree, the image was captured at a filming site on May 3 last year. Because it was only posted recently, it is assumed that someone who was there took a photo of NCT 127 Johnny and the woman, kept it, and released it later on.
The identity of the woman is unknown, but it is speculated that she's one of the staff members considering that she was also at the filming site.

The viral photo was also shared on the online forum Nate Pann on Sept. 30, but it didn't gain much attention from netizens.

From May to September, the South Korean boy group held concerts in different cities across Asia. The shows marked the first leg of their world tour "NEO CITY: THE LINK." They performed in Nagoya, Tokyo, and Osaka in Japan, in Singapore, and in Manila, Philippines.
