Over the years, several SM Entertainment trainees left the company. Some of them trained alongside the current members of aespa- Karina, Winter, Ningning, and Giselle.

The popular ones include Kim Chaehyun, An Jeongmin, and Park Jungyeon, who all remain in the entertainment industry. Chaehyun, in particular, is now a member of the project girl group Kep1er, while An Jeongmin just competed in "Girls Planet 999" last year, and Park Jungyeon is now an actress signed with KeyEast Entertainment.

These former SM Entertainment trainees and aespa members may have gone their separate ways, but it turns out that they still have a strong bond even after years of being apart.

Recently, a photo of them taken at a photo booth surfaced. The picture was shared on the online forum Instiz on Oct. 11.

According to the post, the photo features aespa Karina and Winter, Kep1er Kim Chaehyun, fromer "Girls Planet 999" contestant An Jeongmin, actress Park Jungyeon, and other unnamed individuals. These shots were taken at a Korean photo booth called Haru Film.

The netizen who posted the image said in a reply to one comment asking if it was taken recently that the girls met on the day of Kep1er's fan meeting "Kep1anet," which was held on the 10th.

They also revealed that former SMROOKIES member Ko Eun attended the fan meeting as well but she's not in the group photo.

Other netizens who saw the collage expressed their delight to see aespa Karina and Winter and the former SM Entertainment trainees still getting along after all these years. Some also praise the girls' beauty.

Meanwhile, aespa has been very active in the industry in the past few months.

On July 8, the four-member girl group dropped their second mini-album "Girls," which features the title song of the same name. This album is a memorable one for aespa and their fans as it is the band's first project to sell one million copies in the first week on the Hanteo Chart.

On Oct. 2, aespa appeared at the Paris Fashion Week 2022 as the global ambassadors for luxury brand Givenchy. They particularly attended the "Spring/Summer 2023 Womenswear Collection" event of the said brand.
