Crush Faces Backlash for Allegedly Being Racist During Latest Performance
Recently on October 10, "Rush Hour" singer Crush became embroiled in a controversy after two dark-skinned fans who attended his performance at the 2022 SOMEDAY PLEMORA festival at Yonsei University took to their social media to recall having allegedly experienced racism from the singer himself.
The two fans noted how Crush, who was performing his song "Don't Forget" at the time and giving out high-fives to front-row audience, had withdrawn his hand momentarily and then proceeded to reach out again.
According to the fans, they were the people who Crush did not give out a high-five to, and that he had intentionally pulled his hand away due to their dark skin color.

However, his statement was still met with mixed reactions, and fans continue to criticize the singer.
Not long after, attention is being drawn to BTS member J-Hope, whom Crush had collaborated with for his first single since his military discharge, "Rush Hour," released back on September 22.
J-Hope is now being entangled in the controversy after the BTS member had reportedly liked Crush's statement on his Instagram account.

"J-Hope liked his post????? Wtf."
"Hobi J-Hope needs to stop liking everything he saw on the [timeline] cause the way he liked Crush's post was not it."
"Hobi liking Crush's post is very disappointing and shouldn't get mad at anyone that is calling him out for it. 'He probably didn't read it!,' 'He was just liking random stuff!" That is a grown as* man. Were you in the room with him when he liked it? No."
"Why is J-Hope liking Crush's stupid apology dang."
"ARMY's (BTS' fandom) are disgusting for defending Crush's actions, there is no other way to say that. And don't get me started on J-Hope liking the post like c'mon."
