W24 Wraps Up Their Three-Day UK Concert Tour Rendezvous in Success

This fall, FrontRow Global Limited partnered with JARMY Entertainment to host a three-day UK Tour for Rock Idol Group W24. On October 10th, W24 kicked off their tour in London, performed in Birmingham on October 11th, and concluded in Manchester on October 12th.

A highly-anticipated event, the W24 Concert Tour was a powerful testament to the undeniable force K-Pop and K-culture brings to the global scene, as around 500 people attended all three city venues in the UK. A diverse mix of press members, YouTubers, photographers, and volunteers was found amongst the attendees.

W24's authentic deliverance of their music is also reshaping the overseas Kpop concert scene, for the group's self-made talents allowed them the bandwidth to perform any song in any format. W24 performed cover songs they rearranged themselves (BTS's "Fake Love" and Ed Sheeran's "Bad Habits") on top of the band's own songs. On one of the tour dates, the Rock Idol group performed a dense set list of 20 songs, excluding the encore and sing-along with fans, which is nearly the equivalent of a set list meant for 20,000 concertgoers. Despite the packed venue and language barrier, U.K fans engaged in fervent dialogue with the idol members, all of whom responded back with synchronised movements, selfies, and fan-service acts.

"It was a huge success as some fans came all the way from Paris, France and they participated in all the 3 cities' concerts," said managing director Wook Kim. "Some of the attendees cried after their performances as they understood the Korean lyrics. It was very warm-hearted and [they were] touching songs which W24 wrote themselves."

Part of the tour's success was also attributed to FrontRow Global Limited's The Director App. With undivided promotional efforts, management of individual artists and venue space, and communication services, The Director contributed to the spontaneous dialogue between artists and fans. Launched in May 2022, The Director is a versatile K-educational mobile app that brings K-content to global audiences and serves the interests of those who dream of pursuing a career in the K-Pop industry or South Korea. The app features over 200+ classes and recently collaborated with big names like Ross Butler and Kolleen Park at the 2022 Seoul POPCON, Trandee Rock, and more. The App is available for download here.

The Director will host a series of exclusive events in the months to come, such as the Talk Concert in 2023. Stay tuned.
