NCT Dream to Release First Documentary Film Globally- Here's What to Expect
On Oct. 21, SM Entertainment announced through media outlets that NCT Dream will release their very first feature film next month.
The upcoming documentary film, entitled "NCT DREAM THE MOVIE: In A Dream," will present footage from the boy group's recent concert ("THE DREAM SHOW 2: In A Dream") at the Seoul Olympic Stadium. This certain concert made them the seventh K-pop idol group in history to hold a concert at the said venue. (The first six idol groups to do so are H.O.T, g.o.d, Shinhwa, JYJ, EXO, and BTS.)

In addition to that, NCTzens can also expect to see exclusive interviews with all seven NCT Dream members, Mark, Jaemin, Chenle, Renjun, Jeno, Jisung, and Haechan. In those interviews, the boys share what the concert means to them.
NCT Dream's documentary film will even feature never-before-seen footage of the septet behind the scenes as they prepare for the Seoul concert.
NCT Dream's "THE DREAM SHOW 2: In A Dream" marked their second solo concert in Seoul since "The Dream Show" in 2019. The concert, which was held on Sept. 8 and 9, drew a whopping total of 135,000 in-person audience members and online viewers.

The event was supposed to take place from July 29 to 31. All three shows were completely sold out- with a staggering 1.6 million people purchasing tickets on the ticketing site at the same time. However, group members Mark and Renjun tested positive for COVID-19. As a result, the three-day show was eventually canceled.
Meanwhile, "NCT DREAM THE MOVIE: In A Dream" will be shown in theaters around the world in November. The exact dates are yet to be announced.

NCT Dream to Continue "THE DREAM SHOW 2: In A Dream" World Tour in Japan
In other news, NCT Dream's "THE DREAM SHOW 2: In A Dream" will not only be held in South Korea, but in Japan as well.
The "Glitch Mode" singers will head to Japan next month for another set of shows. This will mark the group's first tour around Japan in around two and a half years. The tour will kick off in Aichi at Nippon Gaishi Hall on Nov. 23, before the group holds a three-night show in Kanagawa at the Yokohama Arena from Nov. 26 to 28. The last stop will be in Fukuoka at the Marine Messe Fukuoka Hall A on Dec. 1.
SM Entertainment is expected to reveal more dates and cities for NCT Dream's "THE DREAM SHOW 2: In A Dream" world tour.

Ahead of their Japan tour, NCT Dream opened registration for their official Japanese fan club. Many limited fan club services and campaigns were offered to fans, as well as a chance to score advanced tickets to the group's Japan tour.
Meanwhile, this past March, NCT Dream returned to the music scene with their second studio album "Glitch Mode." It was followed by the release of its repackaged version "Beatbox" in May. Altogether, the two albums sold more than three million copies, making the septet a triple million-seller.
