BTS Rises to Take Over as No. 1 Most Popular Singer in October 2022
Rising to the top spot to become the No. 1 most popular singer for the month of October is "Yet to Come" singers BTS!

According to the Korean Business Research Institute, BTS reportedly amassed a total of 10,087,199 for their brand reputation index. This includes a participation index of 1,492,901, a media index of 3,196,701, a communication index of 2,490,966, and a community index of 2,906,631.
Compared to the seven-piece boy group's brand reputation index of 7,068,250 back in September, their index for October saw an increase of 42.71 percent.
BLACKPINK, Lim Young Woong, IU, and IVE are in the Top 5 Most Popular Singers in October 2022
Following behind BTS to snag the spot as the second most popular singers for this month is BLACKPINK.
For October, the "Shut Down" singers' brand reputation index totals to 9,612,031, with a participation index of 869,275, a media index of 2,474,389, a communication index of 2,883,279, and a community index of 3,385,088.
Compared to BLACKPINK's brand reputation index in September of 9,369,153, the group marked an increase of 2.59 percent for this month.
Coming in third place is popular trot singer, Lim Young Woong!
According to the Korean Business Research Institute, Lim Young Woong held onto his spot at No.3 after amassing a total brand reputation index of 7,752,886. He has a participation index of 2,049,817, a media index of 1,640,242, a communication index of 2,094,060, and a community index of 1,968,768.
Lim Young Woong's brand reputation index fell by 1.60 percent, compared to his index of 7,878,883 in September.
Landing at No. 4 for as the most popular singer is "Strawberry Moon" hitmaker, IU.
For this month, the Nation's Little Sister's brand reputation index reached 6,612,424. This includes a participation index of 1,102,486, a media index of 2,187,386, a communication index of 1,178,721, and a community index of 2,143,832.
Compared to the brand reputation index of 5,280,886 that IU got in the previous month, her index this month rose by 25.21 percent.
And finally, rounding off the top five is top fourth-generation girl group, IVE!

IVE has a brand reputation index of 5,801,942, which includes a participation index of 1,243,150, a media index of 2,265,286, a communication index of 1,095,379, and a community index of 1,198,128.
This month, IVE's index fell by 32.13 percent compared to their index of 8,548,500 in September.
