PRISTIN & HINAPIA's Last Activities Before Disbandment

PRISTIN disbanded in May 2019 after two years of inactivity as a group. Prior to that, they released their second mini-album "Schxxl Out" in August 2017. This album marked the group's first and last comeback since their debut.

Consisting of five songs, "Schxxl Out" was well-received in South Korea, debuting at No. 4 on the Circle Album chart for the week of Aug. 20 to 26. It also earned recognition in Japan as it appeared at No. 116 on the Oricon Album chart. It even entered at No. 5 on Billboard's World Albums chart.

Meanwhile, HINAPIA (an abbreviation of Hi New Amazing Utopia) was unable to make a comeback unlike PRISTIN as they only released one album. The five-member girl group dropped their debut single album, titled "New Start," in November 2019, The album features the title track "Drip," which debuted and peaked at No. 18 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart dated Nov. 16, 2019.

That Billboard entry made them the only 11th South Korean girl group to land on the chart with a debut song. Moreover, HINAPIA was nominated for Best Super Rookie at the 2019 K-Champ Awards.

Following their debut, HINAPIA released their own reality shows "Hi; Story" (which had eight episodes) and "H-Log" (which only had three episodes).
