Apink Bomi Reveals She Has Friendship Tattoo- But Regrets Getting It

On Oct. 28, Bomi uploaded a new episode of "Let's Eat Together Today" on her YouTube channel, and it features rapper JUSTHIS as a special guest.

Throughout the episode, the two touched on different topics. At one point, they talked about tattoos, with Apink Bomi asking JUSTHIS after noticing his tattoos, "I saw earlier, you have a lot of tattoos. How many tattoos do you have?"

JUSTHIS answered, "It's not how many, rather, you call these tribal tattoos. At this point, I did things that were meaningful but after you get so many with meaning, it's kind of lost meaning."

He added, "So I have a desire to fill my body. So these black ones are a genre called tribal."

In response, Apink Bomi stated, "It's cool. I like having tattoos." When asked if she had any, she shyly said that she has one but she regrets it "so much" and that it's "embarrassing."

The "LUV" singer explained that she got a friendship tattoo with her friends on one foot, however, it's somehow faded at present, and so the words seem to be different from afar.

"I did a friendship tattoo with my friends that says 'Semper Tecum' but now that it's kinda erased," Apink Bomi said, "So, from far away, it looks like 'Supreme Team.' It's so embarrassing."

Apink Bomi's Recent Activities

Bomi was active as an Apink member in the first and second quarters of the year. She participated in Apink's comeback on Feb. 14 with their fourth studio album "HORN," which features the title track "Dilemma."

"HORN" is currently the girl group's best-selling album in the first week, as it sold a total of 53,005 copies from Feb. 14 to 20. Those numbers surpassed their previous record of 32,478 copies set by their 2015 album "Pink Memory."

While "HORN" was released in celebration of Apink's 11th anniversary, it became their last album with all six members. Son Naeun left the group and their company, IST Entertainment, on April 8, due to difficulty balancing work as both an idol and actress.

On April 19, the day of their anniversary, Apink dropped a digital single called "I Want You To Be Happy."

Bomi's activities didn't end there. She re-debuted in Apink's first subunit in 11 years, named CHOBOM, along with Chorong. Their first single album "Copycat" came out on July 12. "Copycat" features the title track of the same name and two B-side songs.

Their debut was followed by a fan meeting called "Framily" in Tokyo on Sept. 23 and at Dongduk Women's University' Centennial Memorial Hall in Seoul on Oct. 8 and 9. On the other hand, their fan meeting in Bangkok, Thailand was postponed due to the aftermath of Chorong's minor car accident.
