However, netizens questioned the stylists' choices for LE SSERAFIM's stage outfits for both performances when they had the members wear skirts, shorts, low-cut tops, and sleeveless mini-dresses.
While the outfits weren't a problem when they didn't dance, netizens believe the outfits were inappropriate for the intense choreography that includes bending, kicking, and squatting.
NMIXX's Patterned Outfits
Another set of K-pop outfits that sparked controversies in 2022 were the ones NMIXX wore in one of their music show performances.

However, the way dressed up was met with criticism, with some netizens saying that the outfits looked weird and were disappointing. Specifically, netizens commented on the cut-out pieces and the overwhelming patterns.
There were even netizens who paid the most attention to Jiwoo's outfit because it made her thighs look big and didn't suit her body shape.

Girls' Generation YoonA's Low-Rise Skirt
SNSD YoonA graced the cover of ELLE magazine's March 2022 issue, wearing various crop tops paired with a short low-rise khaki skirt made by the luxury fashion brand Miu Miu. Her outfit made her flat stomach and slim figure clearly seen.
However, netizens did not welcome the return of the low-rise trend (which was popular back in the late 90s and early 2000s) and wondered if even someone like YoonA could slay the look.
Apink's "Tacky" Comeback Teaser Outfits
Finally, the outfits that Apink members wore for their comeback teaser photo for "HORN" also became controversial. Netizens believe the stunning girls were given mismatched dresses with an uncoordinated pink color scheme.
In addition, some netizens commented that the outfits that Chorong and Eunji wore are outdated and so they appeared unfashionable and old. They further said that Apink's outfits made them look more like a trot group than a K-pop idol group.
