On December 25, Red Velvet Joy posted a photo on her Instagram, featuring her with former GFRIEND member Yerin.

The two are known to have a close friendship. In the post, Joy and Yerin are shown enjoying a strawberry-filled cake with a candle on top. They are also shown to be wearing cozy clothes, matching the season of December!

For its caption, Joy expressed love for her dear friend Yerin, and even tagging her Instagram account on the post.

"I love you, my friend @every__nn." - Joy

Yerin was obviously warmed by the photos, leading her to to reciprocate Joy's love :

"Merry Christmas." - Yerin

Furthermore, Yerin also posted on her Instagram story. She posted one of the photos, with the caption, "I love you."

Aside from the two's adorable interaction, Apink Hayoung also commented on Joy's post. The Apink member gave in to their precious holiday celebration, stating she should also join in the fun.

Hayoung is also known to be good friends with the two, adding another cute interaction on the post. The trio have also attended the same high school together, in School of Performing Arts Seoul.

Joy, Yerin and Hayoung are also born in the same year, 1996, getting them to be in the same age.
