On December 28, fans discussed on Korean platform Instiz on which NewJeans member suited short hairstyle best. Since bob cut is not uncommon for idols to try, NewJeans would also look good in this style and Bunnies concluded the members would pull it off.

In the discussion, Bunnies agreed all the members would look good in bob haircut. However, they chose Danielle and Hanni as main candidates for the style.

Bunnies also shared how the other members would also look good in bob hairstyle, mentioning members Minji, Haerin and Hyein.

"Haerin and Danielle for me. I think they both would pull it off and give separate vibes."

"Hyein! I think she looked great during their W photoshoot with this wig on. It'd look even better without the bangs, too. A bob would frame her face really well."

"I love their long hair! But I think Minji will really suit short hair."

Bunnies Discuss Preferences For NewJeans: Long Or Short Hairstyles?

However, others claimed they don't want the members to get bob cuts yet, since they are beautiful in their current style now.

They emphasized just because something is trendy, doesn't mean it has to be followed upon.

Other Bunnies explained how they still look better with long hair.

"No one. I like their long hair. I don't trust short haircut."

"Not every female idol needs a bob. Most of them look way better with longer hair."

"They should wait a few more years for that change though, and keep their youthful styling for a while."
