OMEGA X Wins Lawsuit Against SPIRE Entertainment, Expresses Gratitude in New Open Letter
OMEGA X's legal dispute with SPIRE Entertainment has concluded.
On January 11, OMEGA X posted on Instagram stating their victory against SPIRE Entertainment. They stated that their exclusive contract's validity has been suspended and expressed gratitude to everyone who helped them.
Moreover, the group added that they will repay fans in the future with more musical content and energetic performances.

"Hello, this is OMEGA X. We succeeded in the case we brought against our agency to revoke the terms of our exclusive contract today. Because of everyone's encouragement and support, we were able to accomplish this win. Thank you all, we appreciate your concern and support up to this point. We sincerely love and cherish you, FOR X. We promise to return the favor in the future with outstanding performances and even greater music. Thank you. OMEGA X ♡ Hugs"
Fans congratulated the boys for their win. They also commended them for staying strong in the legal dispute, while maintaining their love for their fans.

The dispute began after the former CEO, who also happens to be the chairman's wife, came under fire for hitting the members in public.
On November 2022, OMEGA X announced that they would be filing a lawsuit to terminate their contract with SPIRE Entertainment, as well as criminal charges against the agency's chairman.
The CEO eventually resigned from her position at the agency, following the scandal surrounding her physical and verbal abuse towards OMEGA X.
SPIRE Entertainment CEO Entangled With Abuse Allegations Towards OMEGA X
The SPIRE Entertainment CEO was in the middle of an abuse scandal on October 23, when fans posted on social media, showing the CEO being abusive to OMEGA X.
On October 24, SBS News aired a video showing the CEO abusing the members verbally, and physically in Los Angeles.
The CEO was seen yelling at member Jaehan in the video, who was in panic. Despite this, the CEO continued with verbal abuse. In another video, it revealed the CEO dragging Jaehan by his collar.
