SF9 Achieves Highest Peak on Hanteo Chart For The First Time With 'THE PIECE OF9'
On January 16, Hanteo Chart has revealed the list of albums that joined the Physical Album category.
With SF9's mini-album "THE PIECE OF9" well loved by fans, it rocketed high on the charts.
The group's new album brought in the highest first-week sales of their career.
According to Hanteo Chart, it is revealed that "THE PIECE OF9" outperformed SF9's previous record for first-week sales of 168,531 set by their 2021 mini album "RUMINATION," selling a staggering 179,666 copies in the first week of its release, specifically from January 9 to 15.
Riddling Through Mystery & Espionage: SF9 Enchants Fantasy With 'Puzzle' MV
SF9's "Puzzle" MV was released on January 8, and it currently gathers a total of 11,109,464 views.
In the MV's caption, FNC Entertainment explained that SF9's 12th Mini Album will explore a "mysterious incident" in the video.
Alongside with their upbeat music, SF9's espionage themed concept brought a new side to them, showcasing the members solve the mystery together in "Puzzle."
Furthermore, they explained that "Puzzle" is a pop genre song based on Punk music, which displays the members' emotions of handling facts and challenging obstacles.
SF9's fandom, Fantasy, were also thrilled to see the group shine in the MV. They also commended the group's coordination, in order to bring out every members' vocal color and musicality.

Others lauded their choice of concept, which suited them perfectly. They also claimed how the song gives listeners a sensational feeling. Additionally, some fans were focused on streaming, voicing out the fandom's aim to give the group views.
