SNSD Taeyeon Praised For Unchanging Beauty When She Was in Her 20s Vs Now

On January 19, Taeyeon attended the 32nd Seoul Music Awards (SMA 2023), held at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

In particular, the idol showed up both as a soloist and a member of SM Entertainment's project girl group, GOT the beat. Prior to the main broadcast, a red carpet took place first.

Unfortunately, the team didn't participate.

But this didn't stop Taeyeon to steal the show with her stage presence and goddess-like beauty once she appeared on the main stage.

During their performance, the singer truly shone bright as an "all-rounder" star, presenting her perfect live vocals and excellent dance skills despite the hard choreography.

On top of her outstanding talents, her never-fading visuals also became the talk of the town. On online communities K-pop fans particularly shared photos and videos of the "Fine" singer, highlighting her gorgeousness.

HOWEVER, when people saw her photos, they were bewildered by Taeyeon's appearance.

The reason? Fans thought they were seeing photos of the idol from 10 years ago!

In the photos, Taeyeon flaunted her long, black, straight hair with bangs. She also presented herself wearing a smokey eyeshadow, which sent fans into a frenzy for her hotness and elegance!

Fans were particularly reminded of her look at the SMA with her iconic visuals in suit when Girls' Generation released "Mr. Mr." in February 2014, when she was 24 years.

It's been about a decade since then and Taeyeon is now 33. Thus, SONEs were truly astonished to see the soloist aging like a fine wine.

SNSD Taeyeon Takes Home 2 'Bonsang' Trophies From 32nd Seoul Music Awards

Aside from marking another legendary moment, Taeyeon also wrote another history by achieving two "Bonsang" (main prizes) awards as a group member and soloist.

During her acceptance speech, Taeyeon conveyed her grateful heart and said:

"First of all, I sincerely thank the fans for loving 'INVU' a lot. As soon as I first heard it, I was so sure of the song and I wanted to let you hear it with my voice. Thank you so much for believing and listening.

I will continue to be Taeyeon who will repay you with good music in the future."

GOT the beat was then awarded for their digital single, "Step Back" released in January 2022.

After a year, the septet made their comeback with its first mini-album, "Stamp On It" and a title track with the same name released on January 16 this year.
