SEVENTEEN BooSeokSoon Sweeps Hanteo Chart With 'SECOND WIND'

SEVENTEEN BooSeokSoon's 'SECOND WIND' Sells Over 470,000 on Hanteo Real-Time Charts

On February 6, SEVENTEEN sub-unit BSS (BooSeokSoon) released their first album "SECOND WIND," which included title song "Fighting" and other side tracks.

According to Hanteo Chart, "SECOND WIND" dominated by selling 478,679 cumulative copies in its first day of release. The data was analyzed on its real-time results. With this achievement, SEVENTEEN BooSeokSoon has topped Hanteo's top albums tally.

Aside from Hanteo, the album's title track "Fighting" gained recognition in the iTunes Song Chart, ranking No. 1 in 24 countries such as Argentina, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore and more.

In the iTunes Song Chart, "Fighting" also debuted in its Top 10 across 33 countries.

On January 29, SEVENTEEN BooSeokSoon revealed that rapper Lee Youngji and Norwegian singer Peder Elias will be featured in "SECOND WIND."

CARATs were excited to hear the news since Lee Youngji is recognized for her impactful rap skills. Likewise, they were also curious on what BooSeokSoon has in store for Peder Elias.

The album consists of main track "Fighting," which was performed featuring Lee Youngji. It was followed by "LUNCH" and "7PM (feat. Peder Elias)."

The album's teasers came in as early as January 8, showcasing fans a poster which indicated the group's first album. SEVENTEEN BooSeokSoon consists of members Hoshi, DK, and Seungkwan.

SEVENTEEN BooSeokSoon's 'Fighting' Receives Love From CARATs Worldwide

The music video for "Fighting" was released on February 6, and currently garners 4,130,908 views on YouTube.

CARATs couldn't contain their delight for the music video, making them flock on the comment section. In the post, fans praised their fresh energy, music, and performance. Furthermore, they also commended the song's positive vibe and uplifting listening experience.

Others focused on streaming the music video, to help the group reach more achievements.
