SNSD Tiffany Raises Nose Job Speculation After Recent Appearance in 'Peak Time'
On February 15, Girls' Generation's Tiffany Young is suddenly suspected of plastic surgery after a drastic change in her nose then versus its current appearance.
On this day, JTBC's "Peak Time" led by MC Lee Seung Gi broadcasted its first episode, featuring SNSD Tiffany as one of the judges. During the show, the idol belonging to the "Nation's Girl Group" attracted massive attention as much as the idol teams' brilliant performances.
Aside from Tiffany's professional reviews to the teams that showed her 16 years of experience, the female star also captured the interest of viewers due to her shocking visuals.
In the show, the "Gee" singer flaunted her elegant and cool appearance. A lot of fans and netters can't help but praise her beauty which gets better as she grows older.
However, some were surprised to see this subtle change in her facial feature. Since she debuted in 2007 as SNSD, Tiffany Young was loved for her pretty side profile and eye smile.
But during "Peak Time," netizens noticed her high nose bridge when looking at Tiffany at the side. Although it wasn't as recognizable when she was facing in front, it's hard to say that it's the same if compared to her recent photos.
Due to this, Tiffany Young's nose, which was round like a puppy but has changed sharply, raised suspicions of plastic surgery.

When netizens saw the photos, K-pop fans and web users conveyed divided opinions.
First, a lot of fans were frustrated that Tiffany decided to change a feature that is unique to her.
"Why did she change it? I haven't heard someone who told her she wasn't pretty with her nose."
A lot of netters agreed that although they were not against Tiffany changing any part of her body, they were disappointed that the idol felt like she need to change her nose, although everyone seems to like it as it is.
On the flip side, SONEs immediately defended Tiffany and emphasized that no one has the right to question her decisions when it comes to her body.

- "Tiffany is an adult! You don't have the right to tell her what she can and can't do."

On the other hand, Tiffany Young after celebrating Girls' Generation's full comeback in August 2022 returned to Korea to start a full-fledged career in the acting and the entertainment scene. In November 2022, the idol debuted as an actress through JTBC's "Reborn Rich" (starring Song Joong Ki) and garnered positive feedback for her acting.
After its broadcast in December, Tiffany also signed with Sublime Artist Agency, her first Korean agency after leaving SM Entertainment in 2017. With this, she's expected to expand her acting career with her new label.
In 2023 then, Tiffany also returned to the entertainment scene as a judge for JTBC's "Peak Time." This is her first participation in a survival show following Mnet's "Girls Planet 999" aired in 2021.
