On March 10, Spotify News allegedly reported that SUGA of BTS will release a new song with a second collaboration track with South Korean singer and songwriter IU.

This will be the second collaboration of IU and SUGA after the all-killed music chart "Eight" was released.

However, Big Hit Music rapidly released a statement regarding the issue. Rumors of a second collaboration between SUGA and IU were "impossible to confirm," according to SUGA'smanagement company, who spoke to Newsen.

The song was rumored to be released as SUGA's track together with IU featuring as the collaborative artist according to Naver. 

The new collaboration song will be expected to be part of SUGA's upcoming music release which is anticipated with his world tour this year.

The song, which was released last May 2020 by IU "Eight", was both featured and produced by SUGA.

Listeners from all over the world were moved by the remarkable song the two people with quite different personalities developed, and soared in popularity across both domestic and international music charts.

As "Eight" is followed by a new song, the expectation is mounting for another unique synergy between the two.

If SUGA worked with IU's single from "Eight," this project culminated in the "Pumasi Collaboration," with IU performing on SUGA's upcoming album.

SUGA's Upcoming World Tour

SUGA's solo world tour, entitled "August the Tour," will begin in April this year. The ensemble will meet fans from all over the world by touring five American cities, including Newark, Rosemont, and Los Angeles, as well as Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Seoul, and Japan, beginning with a concert at Belmont Park, USA on April 26-27.

Moreover, SUGA of BTS is now preparing for his upcoming Agust D Tour. There are several songs that fans look forward to for the artist to perform live. 

SUGA of BTS or Agust D will be the first member to do a solo tour, therefore many fans are curious about the setlist for his tour.

"Daechwita" is a song that perfectly portrays the ancient sounds of old Korean music. With an upbeat tempo and heavy bass and drums. Originally used to describe the traditional marching music played at the time of a king's visit.

Also, his song Agust D wherein his other name came from aside from SUGA of BTS. Many of his fans were amazed due to the fast rap that he performs in the song. 

Moreover, SUGA of BTS will also perform in Jamsil Olympic Stadium wherein IU also performed last September 2022 for her Golden Hour Concert. 

Aside from IU, SUGA of BTS collaborated and produced many songs and artists like So Far Away (Feat. Suran), Song Request by Lee Sora, and Eternal Sunshine by Epik High prod. Suga and many more.

Recently, SUGA celebrated his birthday through intentional actions by donating to the victims of the Earthquake in Turkey and Syria. He donated around 100 million won (about $75,900) for humanitarian help in Turkey and Syria after catastrophic damage from a record-breaking earthquake, according to the non-governmental organization (NGO) Save the Children.
