BTS Suga Drops Teaser Poster for First Solo Documentary 'SUGA: Road to D-DAY'

On April 6, BTS has uploaded a teaser poster for Suga's solo documentary "SUGA: Road to D-DAY."

In the poster, the rapper is shown to be gazing at the sky. Suga was also seen wearing a green jacket, which goes along with the similarly colored background. The idol is also shown holding a mic, and looked like he had finished performing for audiences.

"SUGA: Road to D-DAY" will cover Suga's progress during his album production. This will document the steps he had taken for its finalization, and reveal the creative process it required. His upcoming album is named "D-DAY," which will also be his first official solo album.

The documentary will also be presented in road movie setup, which will record Suga's exploration of various stories through music, and interaction from different artists worldwide.

"SUGA: Road to D-DAY" will also showcase the artist's distinct colors, which will be correlated to what he had emotionally felt during his trips.

Moreover, the documentary will also consist of live snippets containing music and album production wrap-up. Aside from BTS's official Twitter account, the poster was also unveiled through Disney+ Korea's Instagram account.

Suga will also be the second BTS member to have a solo documentary, following bandmate J-Hope, who just released his own docu "J-Hope In The Box" on February 17. J-Hope's documentary showed the behind-the-scenes of his album making, including his 200-day journey that detailed his solo activities.

In other news, Suga has also set a brand new collab with top soloist IU for his upcoming album.

On April 5, Suga confirmed the collab between him and the "Good Day" songstress, with "People Pt. 2."

Suga has also teased ARMYs with a calming teaser poster. In the picture, Suga is shown to be surrounded with different musical instruments. "D-DAY" will also be Suga's first installment on his "Agust D" trilogy, which is slated for April 21, at 1 p.m. KST.

"People Pt. 2" is the pre-release track from "D-DAY," Suga's first solo album, which will drop on April 7, at 1 p.m. KST. The song will be the duo's second collaboration, following "eight" back in May 6, 2020.

Both ARMYs and Uaenas were thrilled to see the two in a project again. While both artists have their own wide fanbases, they are also known for their passion for music, lyrical creativity, and love for producing the best songs known in K-pop.
