'Boys Planet' Episode 11: Program Announces 18 Trainees Advancing in Final Broadcast
After their fierce "Artist Battle" concluded in the previous tenth episode, the contestants went through their third Survivor Announcement Ceremony. Episode 11 was aired on April 13, which kept viewers curious on which trainees will make it to the final live broadcast.
On the episode, top soloist Jeon Somi made a surprise appearance as the show's seventh Star Master. The "XOXO" singer declared the team rankings from their "Artist Battle" mission.
On April 7, Mnet showcased a livestream while recording the third Survivor Announcement Ceremony. The live revealed a partial spoiler for this announcement, as announced by Somi. In the live, "Switch" and "En Garde" trainees (Artist Battle Mission) were asked to go in front.
Somi then announced that the No. 11 ranked trainee is Park Han Bin from "Switch" team, who climbed two spots away from No. 13, which was recorded during the second Survivor Announcement Ceremony.
On April 14, at 10. A.m. KST, the Final Mission's "killing part" voting will officially conclude. The live finale will be held on April 20, 8:50 p.m. KST at Jamsil Arena, Seoul.

Former Wanna One Kim Jae Hwan Announced As Eight Star Master, Hwang Minhyun Returns
In other news, two big announcements were made by "Boys Planet," which involved two former Wanna One members.
On April 13, the show announced that Kim Jae Hwan will be taking on the role of the eighth Star Master, following Hwang Minhyun, Sunmi, Yeo Jin Goo, BTOB Minhyuk, SHINee Key, 2AM Jo Kwon, and Jeon Somi.
Kim Jae Hwan is reportedly making a surprise appearance on the set, where he'll announce the final mission. The idol will support the trainees with his wisdom, since he has also joined Mnet's "Produce 101 Season 2," way back in 2017.
On April 9, Hwang Minhyun is reported to be returning on the program. The "Hidden Side" singer earned the honor of being the show's first Star Master.
With two of the most experienced idols in the industry, the trainees are expected to receive unconditional support, and do their best on the upcoming final mission.
