Taeyeon, the leader of "Nation's Girl Group" Girls' Generation, has always been active on Instagram to update fans especially SONEs about her recent status.

However, contrary to other idols who often share their interactions with fellow celebrities and real-life friends, Taeyeon is known for sharing her photos from official schedules only, as well as her casual mirror selfies.

Her fans are fond of her mirror selfies, but Taeyeon broke people's hearts when she revealed the reason she only posts photos with the same pose.

On May 18, Taeyeon once again took to Instagram to post her selfies. In the released photos, Taeyeon was seen taking her mirror shots in a supposed practice room.

In her uploads, she showed off various stylings and expressions while enjoying a mirror pictorial on her own.

While it was supposed to be a photo dump post for her mirror selfies, her caption made fans' hearts saddened when Taeyeon wrote:

"The reason I only have mirror selfies is because I don't have any friends."

SONEs, Celebrities Disagree With SNSD Taeyeon, Comfort Idol With Warm Comments

Less than a day since the "Dear Me" singer posted her selfies, it immediately amassed more than half a million likes and hundreds of comments.

In the comments section, fans and even celebrities are quick to disagree with Taeyeon having no friends and consoled her by writing warm messages.

Among celebrities, Hyolyn, a former SISTAR member, wrote the comment:

"I'll take your picture for you, eonnie."

Singer Heize also said:

"Let your younger sister take your picture for you."

Sooyoung, her co-Girls' Generation member also left a sweet comment, saying:

"I live five minutes away. Please call me, I'll bring my equipment and go to you."

SONEs, who were both saddened and worried, also comforted Taeyeon that her fan sites will do better to take her photos.

Fans also told her that all of them are her friends.

• "There are 1 million people here who want to be your friend."
• "Older sister, let me take your photos for you!"
• "I can be your friend then."

However, some SONEs think that Taeyeon didn't mean that she doesn't have friends at all; rather, the idol meant that no one could take her photo in the practice room because she was preparing for her solo schedule. 

Taeyeon is set to hold a solo concert "The ODD Of LOVE" at 6 p.m. KST on June 3 (Sat) and 5 p.m. KST on June 4 (Sun) at the Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium (KSPO DOME) and meet SONEs.

Tickets for the concert are available at Yes24, but all tickets are currently sold out.

In addition, Taeyeon will appear as an MC on Mnet's "Queendom Puzzle," which will premiere at 10 p.m. KST on June 13 (Tue).

"Queendom Puzzle" is a program that completes the best combination of girl groups by matching existing girl group members or female artists like puzzles.
