KISS OF LIFE Belle Revealed To Be Daughter of 90's Hitmaker Shim Shin + Idol's Background
Earlier, S2 Entertainment announced the debut of its new girl group in July. Starting in May, the company also introduced the group through concept films and photos posted on its official SNS.
After revealing the members one by one through teasers, the four-member team simultaneously amassed attention, earning curiosity about their backgrounds.
Natty was revealed to be a former JYP trainee and "Idol School" contestant, and Julie Han was said to be a former YG Entertainment trainee.
Meanwhile, one member shocked music fans with her interesting music and family background. And it is none other than Belle!

According to Xports News on June 7, KISS OF LIFE Belle is the daughter of 1990s pop idol Shim Shin in Korea.
Shim Shin debuted in 1990 with "I Even Love Your Sadness" and rose as a popular teen pop idol among elementary and high school fans. His career even became more prominent after he released his hit songs, "You Are the Only One" and "Greedy Person."
He particularly enjoyed immense popularity with "You Are the Only One," creating the famous pistol dance choreography. It led him to sell out concerts and win various rookie awards.
In 2001, he moved to the U.S. with his wife and two kids, and came back to Korea in 2007.
Belle made her first show appearance in 2012 with her father on SBS's "Golbal Junior Show."
As a child, the young Shim Hye Won (Belle) drew attention for her features that resemble her father. She was also praised for her outspokenness.

Years later, it seems like the "celebrity genes" really run in Shim's family, as Belle continues the musical legacy of her father.
Prior to her debut, Belle, who has been pursuing music even before becoming an idol, has an attractive tone and singing ability. She is also known to have excellent singer-songwriting skills.
In particular, Belle proved her impressive songwriter and composer ability by writing lyrics and composing "UNFORGIVEN," the recently-released track of LE SSERAFIM, which swept the U.S. Billboard charts and domestic music charts!
With this background, KISS OF LIFE (KIOF), the new girl group to which Belle belongs, is gaining more attention ahead of its launch by S2 Entertainment.
She is set to make her debut in July as a four-member girl group consisting of Natty, Bell, Julie and Haneul.
