FIFTY FIFTY's agency ATTRAKT announced the group's fan café has received an attempted shutdown from an unauthorized account and declared their resolve to fix the platform.

On June 27, agency ATTRAKT explained the shutdown attempted at FIFTY FIFTY's official fan café and their determination for recovery.

According to their statement, FIFTY FIFTY's fan café shutdown occurred at 3 p.m. KST, on June 27. The agency clarified the attempt was made by an unauthorized account held by outside forces. Moreover, they stated these external forces declared the fan café's closing through a post.

ATTRAKT also remarked they have recovered the fan café's managing account, and that the agency will do its best to ensure efficient usage, as well as avoid similar incidents in the future.

"Hello. This is ATTRAKT.

We would like to inform you that on 3 p.m. KST today, FIFTY FIFTY's official fan café received an attempted shutdown.

This shutdown was not by our doing, but due to the unauthorized account takeover by the external forces. We also confirmed that they're going to shut down the fan café through their uploaded post.

The fan café's managing account has been recovered, and ATTRAKT is doing its best to ensure smooth usage for the fan café and prevent similar occurrences from happening further.

We would like to apologize to our fans for causing such confusion.

ATTRAKT Takes Legal Action Against CEO of The Givers For Fraud, Business Obstruction, More

On June 27, ATTRAKT announced the agency had filed criminal charges against The Givers CEO Ahn Sung Il for allegedly trying to purchase the copyrights of FIFTY FIFTY's song "Cupid."

In ATTRAKT's statement, the agency disclosed that the criminal complaint was made at the Gangnam Police Station against the CEO, along with three individuals. The reason for filing was due to obstruction of business, fraud, and breach of duty.

After a contract was signed, The Givers have worked and managed plans for ATTRAKT. FIFTY FIFTY's agency then explained that CEO Ah Sung Il had committed fraudulent acts and business obstruction by omitting company email accounts, delaying work outputs, and removing previous project materials.

"The Givers did not provide ATTRAKT with any details regarding the copyright purchase of the song 'Cupid' from an overseas songwriter during its process." ATTRAKT stated. "They bought the copyright in or under their company's name without our awareness."

"We may file additional criminal complaints," ATTRAKT stated, announcing their plan to charge the individuals for other illegal acts aside from the existing ones.
