BTS J-Hope Excites ARMYs With Physical Album for 'Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)'

J-Hope of BTS has surprised ARMYs with a physical version for his solo album "Jack In The Box," as announced by BIGHIT MUSIC on online platform Weverse.

BTS J-Hope Releases Physical Album for 'Jack In The Box' + BIGHIT Releases Official Statement

J-Hope has announced great news regarding his music!

On July 16, BIGHIT MUSIC announced on Weverse that J-Hope will drop a physical album for his solo release "Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)," scheduled for August 18, Friday.  

Initially, "Jack In The Box" was first released worldwide on July 15, 2022. According to Korean news outlet Osen, it was revealed that J-Hope had already prepared the physical album before enlisting in the military.

The aim of the preparations was to let fans enjoy his solo album in many formats. Moreover, he also volunteered in the album's general composition and arrangement.

It also disclosed that the album will include three live songs, as well as two instrumental tracks from J-Hope's iconic performances at the Lollapalooza festival.

We are here to happily inform you about the release of "Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)," a solo album from J-Hope of BTS.

'Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)' is a physical album prepared for fans, who have all been able to appreciate "Jack In The Box" only through its Weverse version.

Apart from the existing songs in album 'Jack In The Box,' the new solo album 'Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition)' will contain three additional live tracks and two instrumental tracks, both from performances at the Lollapalooza music festival.

Furthermore, it would also include newly featured photos and items to match the version title 'HOPE Edition.' We are looking forward to your love and support for J-Hope's 'Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition).

"Jack In The Box" is J-Hope's first solo full-length album, released on July 15, 2022. The album contains a total of 10 tracks, including title songs "MORE," and "Arson," as well as B-sides "Intro," "Pandora's Box," "STOP," "= (Equal Sign)," "Music Box: Reflection," "What If...," "Safety Zone," and "Future."

The album is well-received by fans and critics alike, due to its genre-blending setlist. The album is composed of tracks that utilizes various genres such as old-school hip-hop, pop, grunge, and R&B. "Jack In The Box" also showcases new sides of J-Hope, who is known for his vibrant color in music, fashion, and personality.
