Where is Wang Zi Hao Now? Current Status of Former 'Boys Planet' Contestant
After being eliminated on Mnet's "Boys Planet," here's what former contestant Wang Zi Hao is up to nowadays.
Wang Zi Hao's 'Boys Planet' Endeavor, Elimination From the Show
On February 2, Mnet released the first two episodes of "Boys Planet," the male idol survival program which formed project boy group "ZEROBASEONE."
However, Wang Zi Hao's inclusion in "Boys Planet" was announced ahead of the first airing. On December 29, 2022, Wang Zi Hao was revealed to be a contestant on the program, and will represent his agency Chromosome Entertainment, the company of EXO Lay.
On January 3, Mnet uploaded an introduction video of Wang Zi Hao, who showcased his talent and stage presence. The contestant also introduced himself, as well as informed audiences his personal background. Afterwards, Wang Zi Hao assured his fans that he'll do his best in the survival program.
Wang Zi Hao stated:
"Hello, I'm Wang Zi Hao from Henan Province, China. I'll show you my charms now."
"Do you like my dancing? I'll do my best for all the choreography. I am Zi Hao, who wants to be the ace in your heart at 'Boys Planet.' Thank you."

Meanwhile, Wang Zi Hao immediately won the attention of fans, who expressed their support and encouragement to the contestant. They commented:
- "Zi Hao is really a talented trainee. I hope he could really debut, and people would not sleep on him."
- "He got my attention because he's Lay's trainee, but now I see that even without that info, I'd totally root for him."
- "If Yixing thought he was good enough, then he really must be amazing, we all know how strict his boss is."
- "His dance skills are so awesome, in my opinion he's one of the best dancer trainees in 'Boys Planet.'"

Unfortunately, on the April 13 broadcast (Episode 11), Wang Zi Hao was eliminated when he landed at 19th place.
Where is Wang Zi Hao Now? Here's What We Know
On July 27, Lay's agency Chromosome officially announced that Wang Zi Hao is planning to debut solo in the month of August and will promote with a new stage name.
"Wang Zi Hao is a former contestant on Mnet's survival audition show 'Boys Planet,' and is preparing for his solo debut in mid-August, under the stage name Le'v."
Furthermore, he has also held his first joint fanmeeting "Lock your heart, Just do it!" together with fellow "Boys Planet" contestant Hiroto, on Tokyo and Osaka. With the announcement of Wang Zi Hao's upcoming solo promotions, fans are expected to see more of the star!
