10+ K-pop Artists Dominating Billboard's 2nd World Albums Chart in July 2023: Stray Kids, BTS RM, More!

Billboard has announced the official rankings on World Albums Chart for the week ending July 29. With July having ended its course, several K-pop artists have dominated Billboard's World Album Chart with their respective releases.

Here are 12 K-pop artists who reigned on Billboard's July 29 World Albums Chart!

1. Stray Kids with '★★★★★ (5-STAR)'

'★★★★★ (5-STAR)' made it on No. 1 on Billboard's World Album Chart (dated July 29). The album has also caught everyone's attention with its experimental setlist and Stray Kids' musical identity, proving its reputation as one of 2023's best comebacks!

2. BTS RM with 'Indigo'

Placing at No. 2, BTS leader RM's secured the spot with his first solo album "Indigo," which was released in 2022.

3. aespa with 'MY WORLD'

aespa made it on No. 3 with their third mini album "MY WORLD." The album created buzz in the K-pop community since it's also aespa's long-awaited comeback. Apart from the impact it generated, "MY WORLD" also gave MYs what they waited for: bop releases that expressed aespa's musical identity and brash concept!

4. ENHYPEN with 'DARK BLOOD'

Meanwhile, on Billboard's original list of World Albums Chart, ENHYPEN managed to claim the No. 5 spot with their mini album "DARK BLOOD." The album also set a new record on Billboard 200 and having placed its seventh consecutive week on the chart.

"DARK BLOOD" also became ENHYPEN's first album to achieve the feat. It also entered numerous charts inside Billboard, such as Top Current Album Sales and Top Album Sales.

5. ATEEZ with 'THE WORLD EP. 2: OUTLAW'

'THE WORLD EP. 2: OUTLAW' made it on the chart dated July 29, earning ATEEZ the sixth place.

6. LE SSERAFIM with 'UNFORGIVEN'

It was trailed by LE SSERAFIM's 'UNFORGIVEN,' which positioned on No. 7.

7. TWICE with 'READY TO BE'

TWICE's 12th mini album 'READY TO BE' followed up on No. 8. The release is also one of 2023's much awaited albums because of how it showcased a punchier side to TWICE, concept and music wise.

8. BTS Jimin with 'FACE'

Jimin's first solo album 'FACE' also grabbed its place on No. 9.

9. BTS with 'Proof'

On No. 10, BTS followed up with anthology album "Proof."

10. SEVENTEEN with 'FML'

SEVENTEEN managed to secure No. 11 with their best-selling mini album "FML."

11. TXT with 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION'

At No. 12, the spot was occupied by TXT's album "The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION."

12. NewJeans with 'New Jeans'

NewJeans closed it down with "New Jeans," which placed at No. 13.
