NCT Taeil Draws Mixed Reactions After Motorcycle Accident: 'It's a nuisance to other members'

Taeil to Sit Out NCT Group Concert Following Motorcycle Accident
On social media and online communities, fans are debating on NCT Taeil's motorcycle accident. Along with voices of concern over Taeil's injury, negative opinions seem to be growing.
On August 15, SM Entertainment reported unfortunate news regarding Taeil's accident while riding a motorcycle. Due to his injury that needed surgery, the company announced that he will sit out of NCT's group concert on the 26th to recover.
SM said:
"As a result of the test, NCT Taeil was diagnosed with a fracture in his right thigh and received an opinion from the medical staff that surgery was necessary. Currently, Taeil is stabilizing with the necessary treatment at the hospital ahead of the surgery."
The agency continued:
"Taeil will stop all schedules for the time being and focus on treatment and recovery, and we ask for your understanding that he will not be able to attend the NCT group concert on August 26th."

Following the news, NCTzens were saddened by the news but they pointed out that Taeil's health should be the priority and left comments such as:

Due to his injuries, Taeil stopped all his schedules for the time being to concentrate on his treatment and recovery.

He was supposed to attend the NCT group concert "NCT NATION: To The World" at the main stadium of Munhak Stadium in Incheon on August 26, as well as the activities of NCT's fourth full-length album, "THE GOLDEN AGE," which was scheduled to be released on the 28th.
