On August 29, local time, Troye Sivan uploaded a video on TikTok, where he announced that a brand new remix of his summer song "Rush" will feature Hyunjin of Stray Kids and PinkPantheress.

Moreover, Troye Sivan shared a sound snippet of the highly anticipated remix, and declared that it's scheduled for release on August 31, at 1 p.m. KST.

Meanwhile on the post's comments section, netizens and fans expressed their excitement over Troye Sivan's announcement. They conveyed their enthusiasm, hoping that the singer's new remix will also include a music video featuring the two artists.

After this event, Troye Sivan mentioned Hyunjin several times through his videos and activities on TikTok. The singer even reached out to a fan edit and asked netizens, "Anyone knows how to reach this man?"
