Park Jin Young to Produce New Girl Group Through KBS 'Golden Girls'
On September 21, "Girl Group Master" J.Y. Park has been revealed to produce a four-member girl group through KBS2 music reality show, "Good Girls"! The program will depict the journey of four legendary vocalists in Korea to make a comeback as a group with the production of top K-pop producer Park Jin Young (J.Y. Park).
The four "vocal gods" will meet with him and surprise viewers by dreaming of the first rebellion in their lives.

Prior to making the iconic group possible, J.Y. Park visited the members of the quartet one by one over several months until he was able to recruit them himself.
Despite the hardship, J.Y. Park confidently said:
"It's a dream group that I've wanted to make so far, which I haven't had in Korea. It will be the first group in Korea that we have never seen before."
KBS2's "Good Girl" will premiere on October 27 at 10 p.m. KST.

According to the report, Korea's top solo vocalists: In Sooni, Park Mi Kyung, Shin Hyo Bum, and Lee Eun Mi will join to re-debut in a four-member girl group. All four of them are known as "nation's vocalists" with an average of 38 years of experience.
In Sooni (66), the oldest sister, is a veteran of 45 years since her debut. She worked in one of the earliest girl groups in history, The Hee Sisters, in 1978. With this, she is expected to have strong leadership and experience.
"The original dancing diva" Park Mi Kyung (57) and "Korea's Whitney Houston" Shin Hyo Bum (57), who are close friends of the same age, are also drawing attention for their tiki-taka chemistry.
Lee Eun Mi, also known as the "barefoot diva" and self-proclaimed master of singing skills with 32 years of experience, will play the maknae role of the group.
The exquisite chemistry and high wall quality of the four unique divas are expected to soar.
KBS2's "Golden Girls" production team said:
"We are confident that the harmony and the challenge of the new group that they will make together will not deviate from viewers' expectations. 'The Golden Girls' is currently filming, and all members are burning hot with pride Please look forward to it as it will show the difference of 'God Wall' that cannot be compared to any other group."
On the other hand, there is also a high interest in Park Jin Young, who will produce them. He is the head of JYP Entertainment and the top producer of K-pop, which produced Korea's leading girl groups, such as Wonder Girls, Miss A, Twice, ITZY, and NMIX. However, in this project, he goes back to being an artist, not the head.
Attention is focused on what kind of chemistry he, who is usually famous for his perfectionism, will show with the "Golden Girls" and show synergy.
