On September 28, actress Bae Suzy sent fans into a frenzy for her latest photos where she transformed into an idol for her role Lee Doona, the main character of the upcoming drama, "Doona!"

On this day, Netflix released a still of Suzy where she completely transformed into the popular idol Doona.

As soon as it was posted, she gained massive attention for her top-notch appearance and perfect digestion of the female character based on the webtoon, "The Girl Downstairs."

In particular, K-pop enthusiasts were truly shocked and couldn't help but feel emotional as her look as Doona wearing idol makeup
and costumes reminded them of her "heyday" as a former member of Miss A.

Debuting in 2010, Bae Suzy rose as a top-tier idol at the time for her incredible dancing and singing skills, as well as her legendary visuals.

Suzy's New Drama 'Doona!' To Be Released in October

Meanwhile, Netflix's original "Doona!" starring Bae Suzy and Yang Sejong will be released on October 20.

"Doona!" is based on a webtoon of the same name and is a work by Min SongA. It is a romance drama that will center on the story of the ordinary college student Wonjoon and Doona who left her colorful K-pop idol days behind. They started sharing a house and fell in love with each other.

 Suzy plays the main character Doona who used to be the main vocalist of an idol group and enjoyed great popularity. However, she suddenly announced her retirement and stayed in a shared house in a university district.
