TWICE Chaeyoung's Concert Participation in Bulacan Canceled — What Happened?

Chaeyoung's concert participation in TWICE's upcoming Bulacan concerts has been canceled.

Chaeyoung to Sit Out TWICE's Upcoming Bulacan Concerts Due to Health Issues

The "SET ME FREE" singer will be taking her time to recover.

On September 29, JYP Entertainment officially announced that TWICE member Chaeyoung will not be participating in the group's upcoming "READY TO BE" concerts in Bulacan (September 30, October 1) due to health issues.

JYP Entertainment then continued how unfortunate the news was since ONCEs (TWICE's fandom) were anticipating the show with a full-group attendance.

The agency then requested everyone's kind understanding since the decision was concluded for the sake of Chaeyoung's health condition. Read the agency's full statement below:

"Hello, this is JYP Entertainment.

We regret to inform you that Chaeyoung will not be able to participate in TWICE's upcoming 5th World Tour 'READY TO BE' concerts in Bulacan due to health issues.

We relay this unfortunate news with a heavy heart since we know fans were eagerly anticipating the show. We are kindly requesting your understanding regarding the situation, as this decision was made after considering Chaeyoung's condition and protecting her health.

We express our deepest gratitude for your anticipation and support for TWICE's 5th World Tour 'READY TO BE' in Bulacan, and we also apologize for having shared this news once again."

TWICE's Bulacan stop will be the final schedule for their world tour's second half. Afterwards, the group will head to Melbourne on November 4, followed by Jakarta on December 23. In 2024, TWICE will perform at Mexico City on February 3, trailed by São Paulo on February 6.

Meanwhile, on social media, ONCEs expressed their concerns regarding Chaeyoung's current situation and wished the idol a speedy recovery. Some ONCEs also insisted fellow fans to cheer loudly for Chaeyoung despite her absence at the concerts.
