SNSD YoonA Draws Mixed Reactions at Miu Miu Fashion Show — Did She Fail to Survive Infamous 'Getty Images' Photography?

Recently, SNSD YoonA attended the Paris Fashion Week, particularly the S/S 2024 Miu Miu fashion show. The idol-turned-actress graced the event as the luxury brand's ambassador; thus, her outfit and style were highly-anticipated.

When YoonA appeared, she boasted an elegant yet chic look wearing the cinnamon wool and cotton jacket ensemble from the same brand. She then partnered it with high boots and Arcadie Leather Bag.

To complete the look, she flaunted medium-length hair, and to accentuate her cutesy vibe, she wore hairpins and other accessories.

Following this, various journalists took to the internet to share the idol's real-time photos. Among them were the much-awaited releases from Getty Images.

The photography site is infamous for its "unflattering" photos, yet it is also well-known for its high-quality and true-to-life shots. A lot of K-pop idols were "victimized" by it, but there are various stars who proved their natural visuals as well by surviving Getty Images.

Knowing YoonA, she would have slayed it hard, being the "Nation's Center" and OG "K-pop visuals" who is aging like a fine wine. However, when her photos were shared, some weren't impressed with her look at the event.

In an online community, people criticized the site and the idol's stylist for doing YoonA wrong, as she looked "old" and "unflattering." Fans also criticized the photographer for failing to emphasize the star's height and slender legs.

Looking closely, her makeup looked messy and rough, and netters continued that her 'fit color didn't suit her fair skin and body proportion.

On the flip side, the OP who uploaded the post to the online community was criticized by Korean SONEs (fandom) for choosing only the "bad" images taken with the idol. They believed that the OP wasn't a fan, trying to create malicious rumors about the idol.

In fact, looking at her other photos taken by Getty Images, YoonA stood out for her stunning and goddess-like appearance.

Despite being in her 30s, you would believe she's only in her 20s for her unrelenting visuals.
