Hoon and Jisun are going to be parents!
On October 4, Hoon announced on his official Instagram account that he and Hwang Ji Seon are now expecting their first child.
In his post, Hoon uploaded a picture of a sonogram and added a heartfelt caption that warmed fans' hearts. The idol shared his enthusiasm regarding the news, as well as declared their resolve to become good parents in the future.

October 4, it's the day of angels, and I would like to share with you some good news. A precious life has found its way to us, and I have been waiting.
Our child has already reached 27 weeks and is someone who really looks so much like me already! That's my boy! Thank you for arriving to us like this, my baby.
With a lot of love and blessings, may you grow up fit and healthy. We are going to be good parents. Me, and my wife who is working hard, together with our healthy baby who's growing so well. Please send us a lot of your blessings!

On May 6, 2022, agency Tango Music announced Hoon's marriage to Jisun. According to the agency, the two have taken their relationship to the next level after years of dating. It also announced that the wedding would be held privately.
"Greetings. This is Tango Music.
We are here to announce that our artist, Hoon of U-KISS, is getting married. After having met in a previous project, Hoon and Hwang Jisun's relationship continued to blossom and eventually led to them settling down together.
On May 29, the two will hold their wedding in Seoul. The event will be held privately, with only their parents and close friends in attendance. We ask you to send your blessings to Hoon and Jisun, who will be embarking on a special chapter in their life together.

On the same day (May 29, 2022), Hoon took to social media and wrote to fans.
