BTOB Leaves Cube Entertainment After 11 Years, Agency Releases Official Statement

On November 6, Cube Entertainment officially announced BTOB's decision not to renew their exclusive contracts and would now be leaving the company.

According to the announcement, Cube shared that the agency engaged in an in-depth conversation with BTOB, and eventually, the decision not to renew was concluded based on mutual agreement between the two parties.

Cube also expressed its deepest thanks to BTOB for working together with the company for 11 years. The agency also thanked their fandom MELODY for loving the group and expressed their enthusiastic support for BTOB's future ahead despite their contracts having ended.

"Hello. This is Cube Entertainment.

We are here to inform you about BTOB's future schedules. Regarding their second exclusive contract expiration, we have decided not to renew after the agency's thorough discussions with BTOB and concluded the decision by coming to an agreement.

Consequently, BTOB members Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Lee Changsub, Im Hyunsik, Peniel, and Yook Sungjae will wrap up their journey with Cube Entertainment after 11 years.

On March 21, 2012, BTOB made their debut and became a well-known boy group, who forged themselves as a third-generation K-pop representative through their vocal talent and music.

We express our deepest gratitude to BTOB for showing stages for a long time, performances worth being proud of as artists under Cube Entertainment. We also thank MELODY, their fans who supported BTOB in their journey along the way.

Even if the relationship between the company and BTOB ends here, we will still support the growth of the BTOB members. For BTOB, who will be marking the start of their new beginning, we ask everyone to send your unwavering love and support to them.
