As of November 11, "Drama" currently garners a total of 14,470,580 views on YouTube. The music video also sparked an online thread, which was filled by MYs (aespa's fandom) who couldn't get enough of the song.

There, fans expressed that "Drama" was aespa's strongest title track. They also stated how much they loved the song for not mentioning Kwangya in the lyrics.
